IaaS / On-Premise deployment is available for Professional and Enterprise plans. The license key is applied to your Docker environment and stays active via online verification or annual renewal.
In SaaS mode only metrics and statistics are processed; raw query data is transmitted encrypted. On-Premise, no data ever leaves your organization. With the local AI mode, AI analysis also runs entirely on your own servers.
Starter supports 5, Professional 20, and Enterprise unlimited instances. Each instance can be any of the 4 supported database engines.

Starter and Professional can be paid monthly or annually. 20% off when billed annually (shown via the pricing toggle). Enterprise is billed annually by default; custom arrangements are possible on request.
The minimum contract term for Starter and Professional is 1 month. 12 months when billed annually. In Enterprise contracts the minimum term is negotiable (typically 12–24 months).
For existing customers the annual price increase does not exceed CPI (official TÜİK CPI). In Enterprise contracts the "cap" clause is written into the contract addendum.
The PoC period (14 days) is already free. If you report dissatisfaction within the first 14 days after licensing, the amount paid is refunded unconditionally. After that, prorated refunds apply to the annual plan.
Upgrading to a higher plan is active instantly, with the remaining period billed prorated. A downgrade takes effect in the next billing period — your service rights for the current period are preserved.
All prices are in Turkish Lira and exclude VAT. Invoicing is done by DMC Information Technologies via e-invoice. Contracts are governed by Turkish law, with Istanbul as the competent court.
The standard payment method is bank transfer. Enterprise contracts can work with 30/60-day terms; credit card payment will be enabled soon.
On the license end date Sentinel switches to usage mode (writes off, read-only). All metric data and audit records are handed over as a MongoDB dump (BSON). No vendor lock-in.
